Sable Mountain Limited ("Sable Mountain", "we", "us", or "our") is a company registered in New Zealand, with its registered office at Suite 1367, Unit A, Level G, 26 Hobson Street, Auckland City 1010, New Zealand. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and your rights under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
Information we collect
At this stage, sablemountain.com is a simple holding page for our company while our products are under development. The only personal information we collect directly is what you choose to give us through our contact form: your name, your email address, and the content of your message.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not use it for marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with any third party except as described below.
Third-party services we use
- Cloudflare Turnstile — a spam- and bot-prevention check on our contact form. Cloudflare may process limited technical information (such as your IP address and browser characteristics) to complete this check. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
- FormSubmit — a message-relay service we use to deliver your contact-form submission to our inbox by email. See FormSubmit's Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare — this website itself runs on Cloudflare's infrastructure, which may log standard technical/security information (such as IP address and request metadata) as part of operating the service. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies on this site.
How long we keep your information
We retain contact-form submissions only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and resolve your enquiry, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, and to ask us to delete it. To make a request, or if you have any question about this policy, please get in touch via our contact form.
